How the contract is formed

Once you have placed your order you will receive an Order Confirmation Email detailing the products you have ordered. Completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the goods ordered.

Price and Payment

All prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount payable when you check out.
We accept most credit and debit cards.

Personal Information

We never share or sell your personnel information with any other third party.


Goods will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving debit or credit payments. We endeavor to hold all items in stock; however should an item be out of stock we will delay the charge until the item is ready to dispatch.

Faulty goods

In the event the goods are faulty please notify us as soon as possible. Once the goods have been returned and we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will refund the total amount, including any costs to return the item.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the date on which you aquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us using either our postal address, telephone or email

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract , we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery ( except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us ).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay. and no later than - 
(A) 14 days after the day we received back from you any goods supplied, or
(B) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provided evidence that you have returned goods, or
(C) If there were no good supplied, 14 days after the day on which we were informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

If the consumer has received goods in connection with the contract, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods



We recommend you obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office, as we do not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
